Nature of the Service
Roofing Home Network helps homeowners connect with independent local service providers regarding residential new roof installation and roof replacement projects in the area. Roofing Home Network is not a roofing contractor and does not itself perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee roofing work.
Independent Service Providers
Contractors and service providers are independent parties. Roofing Home Network does not control their work, pricing, scheduling, licensing, insurance, representations, contracts, or performance. A homeowner is responsible for evaluating any provider and verifying the licensing, insurance, qualifications, permits, scope, pricing, warranties, and other requirements appropriate to the project before hiring.
No Guarantee of Availability or Results
Use of this site does not guarantee that a provider will be available, that a provider will accept a project, that a particular roofing system will be appropriate, or that the homeowner and provider will enter into an agreement. Information on the site is general educational information and is not a substitute for an on-site professional evaluation.
Project Scope
